CHARLIE'S CHOCOLATE FOUNTAINS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRING A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN,
SHOT MACHINE OR FROZEN COCKTAIL/SLUSH MACHINE

The hirer must be 18 years of age or over to hire any of the machines.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure the machine is set up, used & cleaned according to instructions given by Charlie's Chocolate Fountains & to ensure no damage is done to the machine for the duration of the hire.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure nothing is added to the chocolate supplied by Charlie's Chocolate Fountains, including but not limited to milk, cream or any other liquid or thickening agent.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure only the cocktail/slushee mix supplied by Charlie's Chocolate Fountains is placed in the Frozen Cocktail/slush Machine & that any alcohol added to this mix is as recommended by Charlie's Chocolate Fountains.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to contact Charlie's Chocolate Fountains immediately if there appears to be any problems with the machine which are not covered in the instructions supplied.
The hirer agrees to pay the replacement cost for any damage, loss or theft of any machine or any part of any machine for the duration of the hire.
When booking a machine for hire from Charlie's Chocolate Fountains a $100 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The balance of payment for the hire is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the function. If a booking is made within 2 weeks of the function date payment must be paid in full to confirm the booking, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Deposits & final payments can be made by Mastercard, Visa or EFT transaction to Charlie's Chocolate Fountains Bank account.

All machines will be assessed for damage within 48 hours of pick up. Any damage will be reported to the hirer along with an invoice for payment of repair/replacement costs within 7 days of pick up. If damage is not paid within 14 days of invoice date the hirer authorises Charlie's Chocolate Fountains to charge the damage costs to the credit card used for payment of hire.
